Procedure

In main vessel, add phase A with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add phase B ingredients into main vessel. Mix until uniform and begin heating to 65-70°C. Combine phase C in a separate vessel and heat to 65-70°C. Add phase C slowly into main vessel with moderate mixing. Mix for 10 minutes. Homogenize briefly and then begin cool down. When batch has cooled to 40°C, add phase D to neutralize pH to 5.5-6.5. Increase level as needed to be within range. QS with water.
